In winter 2020, the Montreal Museum of Contemporary Art (MAC) acquired Cyprien Gaillard’s 3D film Nightlife as part of its collection. This work of art, shot over a two-year period, was produced in its entirety at night using drones and other innovative imaging techniques. When we were asked to design the exhibition campaign, we decided to play with the graphic tools we had previously developed for the visual identity of the MAC collection, but we introduced 3D elements representing what one could see and feel by visiting this immersive experience.
