After the success of Impasto and Gema, Stefano and Michele asked us to work on their latest project, Chez Tousignant. Along with chef and co-owner Yann, they developed a menu of traditional fast food, made entirely from scratch – hot dogs and sauerkraut, burgers on brioche.
