The mandate was to transform the image of an international company specializing in the design and manufacturing of fireplaces into a brand that is both inspiring and deeply human. Stûv, known for its exceptional products, lacked a visual identity that reflected its excellence and craftsmanship. We set out to create a modern and sophisticated identity that aligns with the quality and refinement of their creations. We began by redesigning the logo, refining its typography to achieve greater balance and precision. We developed a distinctive “bracket” system to identify each product—subtly echoing the clean, linear designs of Stûv’s fireplaces. The graphics, both precise and elegant, highlight the technical expertise and meticulous attention to detail that define Stûv. For the brand positioning, we aimed to reflect Stûv’s unique philosophy: respecting design and the time it requires. This repositioning shifts the focus from being purely product-centric to celebrating the Stûv experience as a whole. At its core lies a key concept: the art of slow living. This transformation embodies a contemporary vision that remains true to Stûv’s essence while paving the way for new opportunities for expression.
